CONSCIOUSNESS EXPLORATION · REMOTE SESSION
Beyond Quantum Healing · BQH
A guided journey beyond the ordinary conversation.
Some questions do not open through more thinking.
- You can understand the pattern.
- Know where it came from.
- Explain it perfectly.
And still feel that something underneath has not moved. Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) is a long-form guided inner journey designed for exactly that territory. Created by Candace Craw-Goldman, BQH grew out of the wider world of quantum healing, regression and consciousness exploration — but deliberately moved away from rigid scripts and fixed procedures. That freedom is one of the main reasons I chose to study it.
We explore first. We interpret carefully afterward.
BQH gives us a framework. But the framework does not come before you.
- The person comes first
- The method follows
- Remote by designBQH was built to allow online sessions.
- Flexible frameworkThe method adapts to the person, not the other way round.
- Deep, guided experienceA long-form inner journey rather than another conversation.
- Trained in BQHNitzan completed BQH training with Quantum Healers / Candace Craw-Goldman.

The method
What Is Beyond Quantum Healing?
Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) is a method of guided consciousness exploration that combines relaxation, hypnosis-oriented techniques, imagery, intention, intuition and energetic awareness. Its purpose is to create enough inner quiet for material that rarely appears in ordinary conversation to become accessible.
That material may arrive as:
- Memories
- Symbols
- Sensations
- Emotions
- Images
- Words
- Inner narratives
- Archetypal scenes
- Past-life-style experiences
- Spiritual imagery
- A strong sense of knowing
Some people understand what happens psychologically. Others experience it spiritually — as contact with a Higher Self, the soul, guides or expanded consciousness. And some prefer not to define it at all.
I am comfortable with all of those possibilities. The goal is not to tell you what the experience is, but to enter it carefully enough to see what it has to show you.
Beyond what?
Why BQH Is Different
The word “Beyond” is not decoration. Flexibility is not an accidental feature of BQH — it is built into it. Candace Craw-Goldman developed the method around a simple principle: different people need different doors.
- Beyond one script
- Beyond one interpretation
- Beyond one way into a deep state
- Beyond setting every other skill aside
So BQH does not demand that every practitioner use the same script, language, sequence or tool. The induction can adapt. The questions can adapt. Complementary methods can be brought in where appropriate — and the practitioner is expected to use intuition and discernment rather than mechanically perform a protocol, always keeping your safety and wellbeing at the centre.
Different doors. One intuitive approach.

Why I chose it
Why I Chose to Work With BQH
What attracted me to BQH was not the promise of extraordinary experiences. It was the freedom. I study methods seriously, I respect structure and I learn the rules — but I do not believe the person in front of me should disappear behind the method I studied.
People enter deeply in different ways:
- Through imagery
- Through feeling
- Through words
- Through the body
- Through silence
- Through a perspective never reached before
BQH allows that difference. My wider background in channeling, energy awareness, breath and sound, meditation and consciousness work may sometimes inform how I hold the space. But the session is not about showing you what I can do.
It is your journey. I am there to help you travel.
The BQH journey
What Happens in a BQH Session
During a BQH session we move through five stages. The structure is there — but the road is allowed to move.
We start with you — not with hypnosis
Before we go inward, we talk, and this is not a five-minute intake before “the real session”. We look at what brought you here, what keeps repeating, what feels unresolved and what would make the session meaningful for you. Your intention matters — but we do not turn it into a demand.
- Direction
- Relationships
- Identity
- Purpose
- Recurring patterns
- Creativity
- Spiritual development
- Grief
- Emotional blocks
“There is something here, and I cannot quite reach it.”
Entering a different kind of attention
Using relaxation, guided attention and imagery, we move gradually away from the ordinary analytical mode. It often feels less like losing control and more like a vivid daydream, deep meditation, the moment just before sleep, or being absorbed in a book. You can usually hear me, speak and describe what is happening — you remain part of the experience.
The aim is not unconsciousness. It is a quieter mind.
We follow what actually appears
This is where the map matters less. We follow what comes — not what we hoped for, not what a book says should happen, not what happened to someone else in a video. It may be visual, emotional, physical, symbolic, deeply spiritual or surprisingly ordinary.
- A place
- A memory
- A feeling
- A sentence
- A version of yourself
- A scene from another time
- A guide
- Silence
There is no prize for the most dramatic session.
The deeper questions
BQH leaves room for questions directed toward what different traditions call the Higher Self, the subconscious, the soul or inner wisdom. I do not require any particular word: for one person it is a spiritual reality, for another a way of describing deeper intuition. Both are welcome.
What becomes visible when the usual mental noise gets quieter?
Integration
Eventually we return — and this part matters. We talk about what felt important, what surprised you, what felt symbolic or emotionally true, what to leave in the session and what, if anything, to carry back into your relationships, choices and everyday life.
Every mystical experience eventually has to meet Monday morning.
No standard experience
What Can Come Up in a BQH Session?
There is no standard BQH experience, and none of these is promised. But several kinds of material are commonly described.
Symbolic landscapes
A room, a forest, a desert, a doorway — a place that does not feel like an ordinary memory. Imagery can sometimes say something more efficiently than language.
Memories
Childhood, a relationship, a forgotten moment. The point is not to hunt for trauma, but to notice what the mind brings forward when we stop controlling the agenda.
Emotional material
Sometimes emotion appears before the story — grief, fear, relief, love. Allowing it to exist is often already part of understanding it.
Past-life-style experiences
Some people experience scenes they understand as past lives; others see them as symbolic or subconscious storytelling. I do not need to decide for you.
Meaningful does not automatically mean historically factual.
Transpersonal experiences
Guides, loved ones, expanded or multidimensional imagery. I treat these respectfully — as subjective experiences that belong first to the person, not facts I need to prove.
Silence
Sometimes the deepest thing is not a vision but real quiet — the kind that is hard to find in normal life, and enough to hear something that has been there for a long time.
A doorway, not a doctrine
What Does “Higher Self” Mean in BQH?
The phrase appears constantly in BQH, QHHT and other consciousness work, so it deserves some clarity. I do not use “Higher Self” to mean there is one metaphysical system you must accept. Think of it as a doorway.
The label matters less than the quality of what emerges. Instead of asking only “Can I prove exactly what this is?”, a more useful question may be: “What can I see from here that I could not see from my usual state?”
It may mean
- Your deepest intuition
- A wiser perspective beyond immediate fear
- Your subconscious
- Your soul
- A spiritual aspect of consciousness
- An inner intelligence that is easier to hear when the mind settles
Questions people bring
- Why does this pattern keep returning?
- What am I not seeing about this relationship?
- Why do I feel stuck when part of me wants change?
- What direction feels more aligned now?
- What part of myself have I stopped listening to?
- What does “purpose” mean for me now — not ten years ago?
Your questions
What Questions Can You Bring Into a BQH Session?
Almost anything that genuinely matters to you. You do not have to bring fifty questions — sometimes one honest question is enough.
- Life direction
- Purpose
- Relationships
- Recurring patterns
- Self-worth
- Creativity
- Career transitions
- Intuition
- Identity
- Grief
- Emotional blocks
People also bring spiritual questions — about soul purpose, past-life-style material, guides, synchronicity, or experiences they have never known how to interpret. The session is not there to hand down commandments. It is there to create another angle of seeing.
What About Questions About the Body?
Within the wider BQH tradition, people sometimes explore physical symptoms through emotional, symbolic or spiritual questions. You are free to explore what your own inner experience associates with the body.
But BQH is not medical diagnosis. A session cannot determine whether a symptom is hormonal, neurological, autoimmune, cancerous or anything else, and it should never be a reason to stop medication or avoid medical assessment. If the body needs medical attention, we do not spiritualise it away.
Medical questions still belong with qualified medical professionals.
Is What You Experience “Real”?
One of the most important questions in this work — and I do not pretend there is a single answer. A scene in a deeply focused state may be memory, symbol, metaphor, imagination, subconscious processing, spiritual experience, or something that fits no category.
My responsibility is to keep the distinction clear between experience, interpretation and fact. A symbolic experience can still matter. An inner scene can still be emotionally true — without being turned into historical evidence.
- Meaningful is not the same as historically factual
- Symbolic can still matter
- We work with meaning, not forced certainty
“What If I Don’t See Anything?”
Probably the most common fear before a session. A successful journey does not look like a film playing behind closed eyes.
People experience it in different ways — and none is better than another:
- Seeing
- Feeling
- Hearing words
- Sensations
- Simply knowing
- Emotion first
If nothing seems to happen, we slow down, change the doorway — and stop trying so hard.
What If I Can’t Be Hypnotised?
BQH uses elements of hypnosis and focused attention, but it does not depend on anyone taking control of your mind. You do not have to surrender your will, become unconscious or perform.
Focused absorption is already part of ordinary life. A session is more intentional and guided — but the basic state is not foreign to you:
- Losing yourself in a book
- Driving a familiar road
- Being absorbed in music or a film
- Drifting toward sleep
For a remote session, prepare
- A stable internet connection
- A private room
- Headphones, if helpful
- A comfortable place to recline
- A blanket and water
- Enough uninterrupted time
Remote by design
Why BQH Works So Well Online
Remote work is not an improvised version of BQH. The official framework explicitly allows practitioners to work online, and encourages adapting the session to the person rather than forcing one rigid format.
For Quantum Healing Field that matters. You stay in your own environment, you do not need to travel after a long inner journey, and when the session ends you are already somewhere familiar and private.
Don’t schedule anything demanding right afterward.
Time & preparation
How Long Is a BQH Session?
This is not a 60-minute appointment. For my sessions, reserve approximately 4–6 hours. Not every minute will be used — but I do not want a clock pushing us out of the room just as something important begins to open.
The day includes
- The conversation before the journey
- Preparation
- The guided experience
- Returning
- Integration afterward
Before the session
- Write down the questions that matter
- Notice what keeps repeating
- Sleep well if you can
- Don’t rush straight from work
- Prepare the room
- Test your technology
- Keep water nearby
- Leave the rest of the day open
Bring an intention, not a screenplay.
After the journey
What Happens Afterward?
Sometimes something makes sense immediately. Sometimes it takes days: a strange scene connects later, a sentence keeps returning, a dream continues the theme. Or nothing dramatic happens afterward — and that is also okay.
Integration is not about turning every image into a cosmic prophecy. Sometimes the most useful insight is remarkably ordinary.
I usually recommend
- Write down what stood out
- Don’t dissect every symbol immediately
- Rest and drink water
- Give yourself some quiet
- Notice what still feels meaningful once the charge settles
Two related methods
BQH and QHHT® — What Is the Difference?
BQH differs from QHHT mainly in flexibility and format. Both come from territory associated with the work of Dolores Cannon, but they are not the same method.
BQH
- Created by Candace Craw-Goldman
- Designed around flexibility
- Can be facilitated remotely
- Scripts and procedures can be adapted
- Complementary tools can be integrated where appropriate
- Strong emphasis on intention, intuition, energy, creativity and connection
QHHT®
- Developed by Dolores Cannon
- A more standardised methodology
- Traditionally conducted in person
- Built around the official QHHT structure and procedure
- My status: Level 1 completed · Level 2 in progress
I study both because I see no reason one method has to defeat the other. QHHT teaches me discipline and structure; BQH gives me flexibility and permission to listen beyond the script. Inside Quantum Healing Field, the two sit well together.
Lineage
Where BQH Comes From
Candace Craw-Goldman created BQH after years of work in the quantum-healing community influenced by Dolores Cannon. She eventually developed a separate framework that gives practitioners far more freedom to work intuitively, energetically and remotely.
That history helps explain why the method feels the way it does. It is not simply another regression script — it is more like a framework for a journey. The structure is there, but the road is allowed to move.
Lineage does not make something automatically true. But it helps explain why the method looks the way it does today. You can read more on Candace Craw-Goldman’s official BQH page.
Her stated emphasis
- Heart
- Energy
- Intention
- Intuition
- Connection
- Creativity
- Flexibility
Inside the Field
Why BQH Belongs in Quantum Healing Field
BQH may be one of the clearest expressions of the philosophy behind this whole practice. I study many systems, I respect lineage and I take training seriously — but a certificate should not become a cage.
- Presence
- Attention
- Intuition
- Discernment
- Creativity
- Humility
BQH asks the practitioner to bring all of these — and to follow what is actually happening rather than what the script predicted. That is exactly the principle behind the Field.
The method serves the person. The person does not serve the method.
Training
The Training Behind This Work

Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH)
Training in the BQH framework: guided consciousness exploration, remote facilitation, session preparation, focused-state work, integration and flexible use of complementary tools.

QHHT® · Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique
The structured method developed by Dolores Cannon. Level 2 studies are still in progress, so QHHT is not yet offered as a completed service.

Doctor of Holistic Health (DHH)
A broad grounding in holistic health — anatomy, nutrition, herbs and lifestyle — which is the practical, least mystical layer underneath everything else.

Radical Healing Facilitator — Level 2
Facilitation of Radical Healing — how a group process is held, and where the facilitator's responsibility begins and ends.
Is this for me?
Who BQH May Suit
You want to go inward
You are looking for a long guided inner journey rather than another conversation about the same issue.
You keep circling the same question
You understand something intellectually but still feel another layer has not been reached.
You are curious about expanded states
You want to explore what may emerge when ordinary analytical thinking becomes quieter.
You are spiritually curious without needing certainty
You can let symbolic, psychological or spiritual material appear without deciding in advance what it must mean.
You are asking questions about direction
You are at a crossroads around purpose, identity, relationships or the next chapter of your life.
You prefer remote work
You want to do a deep session from your own private space.
BQH may not be the right start if
- You are looking for clinical hypnotherapy
- You need diagnosis or treatment for a medical or mental-health condition
- You are currently in an acute crisis
- You need stabilisation more than deep exploration
- You cannot create several uninterrupted hours
- You strongly dislike guided altered-state work
- You would simply rather talk things through
Honesty first
When Another Door May Be Better
Depth is not automatically better. The right door depends on the person and the moment.
If one of these is true for you, we can talk about what would fit better — within the Field or outside it. For clinical or medical needs, please start with a qualified professional.
Common Questions About BQH
Does BQH work online?
Yes. Remote facilitation is part of the BQH framework, not an improvised workaround — the official material explicitly allows practitioners to work by computer or phone.
How long does a BQH session take?
For my sessions, plan for approximately 4–6 hours, including the conversation beforehand, the guided journey and integration afterward.
What if I cannot be hypnotised?
Most people can enter some degree of focused or absorbed attention. BQH does not require unconsciousness or loss of control; we work with the level of relaxation and focus that is available to you.
Will I remember the session?
Usually, yes. Most people remain aware enough to speak and describe what they are experiencing. Depth varies from person to person.
What if I see nothing?
Visual imagery is only one channel. You may feel, hear, sense, know or experience emotion instead. Not seeing pictures does not mean the session failed.
Do I need to believe in past lives?
No. Past-life-style material can be understood spiritually, psychologically or symbolically — or simply held as an experience without deciding what it “really” was.
What is the Higher Self?
In BQH, “Higher Self” is a term for a deeper source of inner guidance or consciousness. You can understand it spiritually, psychologically or metaphorically.
Can I ask questions about health?
You can explore your own associations, emotions and imagery around the body. BQH is not medical diagnosis or treatment and does not replace medical care.
Is BQH the same as QHHT?
No. BQH was created by Candace Craw-Goldman and is deliberately more flexible and remote-friendly. QHHT is the structured system developed by Dolores Cannon and is traditionally conducted in person.
Can I book a BQH session now?
Yes. BQH sessions are available now, remotely. Write to me and we will start with a short conversation to see whether it fits.
BQH is offered as a complementary experience for personal, spiritual and consciousness exploration. Experiences in a session are subjective and may be interpreted in different ways. It is not medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy or treatment for any medical or mental-health condition, and no outcome is guaranteed. Full health disclaimer.
BEYOND QUANTUM HEALING
Some answers do not arrive through more thinking
Sometimes the next step is not another explanation — it is enough quiet to notice what has been underneath the explanation all along. BQH creates a structured space for that: not to tell you what to believe, not to manufacture an extraordinary experience, but to go inward carefully, stay curious, ask better questions — and see what is there.
