Holistic Health & Integrative Healing

Looking at the whole person — not just one piece of the story.
Join the Waiting List

Sometimes what we are experiencing does not fit neatly into one box.

The body may be tired while the mind cannot slow down.

We may know exactly what we want yet continue repeating the same patterns.

Our lifestyle, emotions, nervous system, beliefs and sense of meaning may all be pulling in different directions.

This is where my background in Holistic Health becomes particularly useful.

My training as a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) and through advanced DHH holistic-health studies gave me a broad framework for exploring wellbeing across the physical, emotional, energetic, subconscious and spiritual dimensions of a person.

It is not one technique.

It is a way of seeing the whole field.

One Person. Many Layers.

A holistic session begins with you — not with a predefined protocol.

We may explore:

Body & lifestyle

Sleep, nutrition, daily rhythms, stress, movement, herbs, supplements and supportive natural-health practices.

Nervous system

Stress responses, relaxation, breathing, vagal regulation and the body’s ability to move between activation and rest.

Emotional patterns

What is being expressed, what is being held and what may have become part of an automatic emotional response.

Subconscious patterns

Beliefs, conditioning and behaviours that can continue operating even when the conscious mind wants something completely different.

Energy & subtle awareness

Chakras, the energetic field, intuitive impressions and traditional energetic frameworks.

Meaning & consciousness

Purpose, inner direction, meditation, spiritual development and the relationship with what you may understand as your Higher Self, deeper consciousness or Source.

Not every session goes into every layer.

We follow what is relevant.

My Role Is Not to Diagnose You

A major part of my studies involved developing medical intuition and energetic perception.

I use that language carefully.

Intuitive impressions may help us notice a pattern, ask a better question or explore an area that deserves attention.

They are not medical diagnosis.

I do not use intuition to tell someone that they have a disease, nor does this work replace laboratory testing, physicians, psychologists or other licensed healthcare professionals.

Natural Health

My training included nutrition, herbs, supplements and different forms of natural-health support.

Where appropriate, we can look at practical questions around food, sleep, daily rhythm and supportive lifestyle practices.

“Natural” does not automatically mean safe or appropriate.

Anything involving medications, medical conditions or significant symptoms should be coordinated with the appropriate healthcare professional.

The Subconscious

We can consciously decide:

“I want to change.”

And still discover that another part of us keeps returning to the familiar.

Sometimes the interesting question is not:

Why can’t I make myself do this?

but:

What deeper pattern is still running the program?

Depending on the session, we may use meditation, guided imagery, intuitive inquiry or other tools from my wider background to begin bringing those patterns into awareness.

Energy, Chakras & the Human Field

My holistic-health education also explored energetic anatomy — including chakras, auras and the subtle body.

I work with these as spiritual and energetic frameworks.

They are not the same thing as physical anatomy.

A Shamanic Influence

The HHP portion of my training was strongly influenced by a modern shamanic framework.

The studies included meditation, ceremony, energy work, connection with the Higher Self, spiritual gifts, mediumship, regression-oriented practices and Shamanic Healing Energy™.

I do not claim an Indigenous cultural identity or lineage that is not mine.

What I carry forward are broader principles such as relationship, reverence, awareness, intention, responsibility and connection.

What Might Happen in a Session?

Depending on what you bring, a session might combine: – holistic wellbeing inquiry – intuitive listening – energy awareness – meditation – guided imagery – nervous-system and breathing practices – subconscious-pattern exploration – lifestyle and natural-health discussion – energetic balancing – spiritual inquiry

Where This Fits Inside Quantum Healing Field

This is probably the broadest doorway into my work.

BQH has its own journey.

QHHT® has its own methodology.

Radical Healing has its own process.

Holistic Health is different.

It allows us to begin with *you* and then determine which areas actually deserve attention.

Sessions are not yet open for booking while I complete the insurance and professional framework for the practice.

Related work

Most of what helps here is unglamorous: sleep, rhythm, regulation. Breath work is often the practical starting point. If the pattern goes deeper than lifestyle, Radical Healing addresses the root. The same thinking about soil and the body runs through the biodynamic farm.

Common questions

Are you a doctor?

No. I hold a Doctor of Holistic Health credential from a holistic academy — it is not a medical degree and not a licence to practise medicine. I do not diagnose or treat disease.

Will you tell me to stop my medication?

Never. Medication decisions belong with the doctor managing your care.

Do you sell supplements?

No. I have no products to sell you and no commission riding on any recommendation.

What does a holistic session actually cover?

Sleep, food, movement, stress, routine, and how those interact — the unglamorous layer that often matters most.

Can this replace seeing a doctor?

No, and I will say so directly if something needs medical attention. This works alongside proper care, not instead of it.

Do I have to change everything at once?

No, and people who try usually stop within a fortnight. One change that holds beats five that do not.

Who this may suit

  • You want to look at sleep, food, movement, stress and routine as one picture
  • You are already under medical care and want complementary support alongside it
  • You would rather change a few things properly than everything at once

When something else is the better fit

  • You want a diagnosis, a test interpretation or a supplement protocol — none of that happens here
  • You want to stop or change medication. That belongs with the doctor managing your care
