Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the site collects, why, what happens to it, and how you can exercise your rights over it.

quantumhealingfield.com is operated by Nitzan Solomon. This policy is written to meet Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, in force since August 2025.

What is collected

Information you give

When you use the contact form, join the mailing list or email me, I receive what you chose to send: name, email address, phone number if given, and the content of your message. None of it is required by law, but without it I cannot reply.

Sensitive information

You may choose to share something personal — how you are feeling, a difficulty, a health background. That is entirely your choice and is never required to make first contact. It is stored separately and with extra care, and is never shared except under a clear legal obligation or a genuine risk to life.

Information collected automatically

As on any website: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent and referring source. This is largely statistical and does not identify you directly.

Cookies

• Essential cookies — language choice, form security, display preferences.
• Analytics cookies — if a measurement tool such as Google Analytics is installed, to understand which pages are read.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site.

How the information is used

• Replying to enquiries and arranging sessions.
• Sending updates — only to people who signed up themselves, with an unsubscribe link in every message.
• Improving the site using statistical data.
• Meeting legal obligations where they apply.

Information is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for marketing.

Who it may be shared with

Only service providers needed to run the site — the hosting company, a mailing service if one is in use, and analytics tools — and only as far as necessary. Also with authorities, but only under a legal obligation or court order. Some providers may store data outside Israel; where that happens I aim to use providers meeting recognised data protection standards.

How long it is kept

• Enquiries and correspondence — up to two years after our contact ends, or until you ask for deletion.
• Mailing list — until you unsubscribe.

Security

Reasonable measures are in place: encrypted connection (SSL/HTTPS), restricted access, strong passwords, regular security updates and backups. No online system is completely secure, so I cannot promise absolute protection. If a significant breach occurs, notice will be given as the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to see what information is held about you, to correct it, to ask for its deletion, to object to particular uses, and to unsubscribe at any time. Write to nitzansalomon1@gmail.com and I will respond within 30 days at the latest.

Minors

The site and its services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. I do not knowingly collect information about minors.

Other sites

Links to external sites are not covered by this policy, and I am not responsible for how those sites handle information.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page.
