What this work is not

What Quantum Healing Field offers is complementary, wellbeing-oriented work. It is not:

Medical treatment, medical diagnosis or medical advice.
Psychological, psychiatric treatment or psychotherapy.
A substitute for qualified professional care of any kind.
A reason to stop, change or delay treatment set by a professional.

I am not a physician, psychologist or psychiatrist and do not present myself as one. I do not diagnose medical or psychological conditions and do not prescribe.

Do not stop treatment

If you take medication or are under care, do not stop or change anything based on something said in a session or written on this site. Any change belongs with the professional treating you.

When to seek professional help

If you are in significant psychological distress, having thoughts of self-harm, or have a medical condition needing investigation, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

This work can sit alongside professional care — never in place of it.

Notes by type of work

Breath and sound

Breathwork can produce strong physical and emotional responses. Please consult a qualified professional and tell me beforehand if you have a cardiovascular condition, unmanaged blood pressure, epilepsy, glaucoma, recent surgery, osteoporosis, are pregnant, or are in an active mental-health episode.

Addiction recovery

This is not detoxification or addiction medicine. Withdrawal from alcohol, benzodiazepines and certain substances can be medically dangerous and requires qualified medical supervision.

Relationships and dynamics

I do not diagnose anyone, least of all someone who is not present. Clinical diagnosis belongs to qualified mental health professionals.

Channeling and energy work

Presented as a personal spiritual worldview and a subjective experience — not as established scientific fact. Anything that arises is offered for exploration, never as authority.

Lead cleansing

A traditional, spiritual ritual. The shapes are not a diagnosis and not proof of anything. Lead is a toxic metal — the ritual is performed only in my own space, and lead pouring must never be attempted at home.

No promised outcome

Experiences vary considerably. I do not promise improvement, healing or any particular result, and one person’s experience says nothing about another’s.

Your responsibility

Participation is voluntary and at your own responsibility. Please tell me in advance about any relevant medical or psychological condition, and stop at any point where something does not feel right.
