The Quantum Healing Hour

A quantum healing hour is a one-hour online gathering — guided meditation, energy work and consciousness exploration, in a small group, free to join.

This page collects every quantum healing hour I take part in: those hosted by others, those I will host myself, and the recordings and podcasts that gather along the way.

What a quantum healing hour is

"Quantum healing" is not one defined method, and that is worth saying plainly. It is an umbrella over several approaches — BQH, multidimensional energy work, guided inner journeys and intuitive work — which share the assumption that consciousness, body and energy are not separate systems.

The hour is the format: a short, recurring gathering where you learn one thing and also experience it.

How a gathering is structured

• One hour. Long enough to go somewhere, short enough not to drain anyone.
• Two halves. Explanation and conversation, then guided work everyone takes part in.
• No prerequisites. No experience with meditation, breathwork or any method is needed.
• No obligation to speak. Camera off and complete silence is a perfectly normal way to attend.
• No promises. Nobody will tell you that you will leave transformed.

Who these gatherings suit

Practitioners, coaches and companions who want to deepen the intuitive side of their work — and to watch how others handle the moments you cannot prepare for.

And anyone curious with no professional background at all. Many people arrive with no prior experience of energy work, meditation or consciousness exploration and do perfectly well.

Online versus in person

Almost all of these gatherings run on Zoom, and that is not a compromise. People tend to go deeper in their own space — their own bed, their own blanket — than in an unfamiliar room. The experiential half travels remotely just as well as the conversation does.

In-person gatherings will open later, alongside gatherings at the biodynamic farm that combine work in the field with healing work.
