Personal sessions with Nitzan Solomon
Personal sessions for clarity, grounding and consciousness
A place to pause. A way to begin.
You don’t need to arrive knowing which method you need. Bring what you’re experiencing: a question, a recurring pattern, a difficult transition, or a wish to explore more deeply. We’ll find a starting point together, at a pace that respects your boundaries.

Start with what you’re experiencing
You can begin with a need rather than a technique. Choose the direction that feels closest — or scroll to every session below.
I’m looking for clarity Questions, crossroads, recurring patterns, or a wish to explore consciousness more deeply.
I want grounding and support Emotional overwhelm, difficult relationships, or rebuilding after a demanding period.
I’m drawn to energy and breath Experiential approaches working through awareness, energy and conscious breathing.

Numerological chakra balance calculator
A lovely way to find a direction. The path itself we decide together.
Eight energy centres, four statements each — 32 statements, about four minutes. At the end you see which centres came through loudest, which way they lean, and which sessions I would suggest bringing together.
Everything stays on your device. No answer is sent anywhere or reaches me. A draft is kept in your browser so you can finish later, and “Start again” deletes it.
What does this actually do? A short read on the centres, what the statements ask, and what this is not
What the eight centres are
Several traditions describe a line of energy centres through the body, each associated with a different area of life — grounding and safety, feeling and creativity, will and action, heart and connection, voice and expression, intuition and perception, and what lies beyond the personal. It is a symbolic map for putting words to experience, not a claim about anatomy.
What the statements ask
Each statement describes an everyday behaviour or feeling, and you mark how often it has been true for you lately — not how much you agree with it in principle. Each centre gets four statements rather than one, because a single question catches a moment rather than a pattern.
Why some statements sound reversed
Every centre has statements describing a lack and statements describing ease. That is deliberate: when everything is worded the same way, it is easy to slide into marking uniformly without reading. The reversed statements are what make it possible to tell whether you were reading — and if you marked the same thing everywhere, the questionnaire will say so rather than invent a result.
How the result is worked out
The reversed statements are turned back the right way round, then each centre gets a score. Scores are measured against your own average rather than against other people, so someone who marks high on everything and someone who marks low on everything both get a picture of what stood out for them. Each centre is also checked for which way it leans: over-expressed or under-expressed.
And what the numerology is doing here
If you give a birth date or a name, a few numbers are worked out as well — destiny, expression, soul and personality — each one from classical numerology and gematria, and each pointing, in my framework, at a particular centre. Worth knowing: the match between a number and a centre is the map I work by, not an agreed rule. It is most interesting when it points at the same place your answers did, and that is the part I would actually want to talk about.
What it is not
It is not a diagnosis, not a medical or psychological assessment, and not a statement about who you are. There are no questions about symptoms, medical history or anything personal — only statements about your recent weeks, and numbers you choose whether to give. It is a lovely way to find a first direction and no more than that: the path itself we decide together, in conversation, not in a form.

Different tools. A session shaped around you.
You don’t need to fit yourself into a method. We begin with what brings you here and discuss the approach before the session. Some meetings combine practices; others follow one complete process.
- One method or several A flexible session may bring together conscious breathing, energy work and reflection. Structured approaches such as QHHT keep their own format.
- A pace we agree together You can ask questions, pause or stop. We discuss your boundaries and what you feel ready to explore before beginning.
- A clear starting point We confirm the format, duration, price and preparation before booking, so you know what to expect.
Different tools. Your own way in.
I’m Nitzan Solomon. My work brings together intuitive guidance, energy practices, consciousness exploration and grounded conversation. The method matters, and so does the person arriving that day: what you’re carrying, what you’re curious about, and what feels right to explore.
Some sessions follow a defined structure. Others allow more flexibility. We discuss the approach and its boundaries before beginning, and you remain free to ask questions, pause or stop.
A clear beginning, without needing all the answers
- Get in touch Share a few words about what you’re looking for. You don’t need to tell your whole story in a form.
- Discuss the approach We confirm suitability, format, duration, price and any preparation before booking.
- Meet and reflect We begin with your questions and boundaries, and leave room at the end to reflect and discuss next steps.
Practical questions
Do I need to choose a method before contacting you?
No. You can describe what you’re looking for and ask which available approach may be worth exploring. A conversation comes before a commitment.
Are sessions online or in person?
Many sessions have online options. The format depends on the approach and is shown on each session page. Confirm the location and format before booking, particularly for QHHT.
Do I need to share your spiritual beliefs?
No. You are welcome to bring your own questions and perspective. Some approaches use spiritual language or symbolic practices, and we can discuss what feels comfortable before deciding whether to proceed.
What happens if I feel uncomfortable?
You can ask questions, request a pause, or stop the session. We discuss your boundaries and any concerns before beginning.
How much does a session cost, and how long does it take?
Duration and price depend on the approach, and both are confirmed before booking. Where those details are published on a session page, they appear there.
Can several methods be combined in one session?
Sometimes. Some sessions are flexible and can bring together breathwork, energy work and conversation. Others — QHHT, for example — are built as one complete process, and combining would undermine it. We work that out together before booking.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no set number. Some people come once and that is enough; others prefer an ongoing process. I don’t sell packages and I don’t ask for a commitment in advance — you decide after each session.
What is the difference between QHHT and BQH?
Both work with regression and with what emerges from it, but QHHT is Dolores Cannon’s structured method and is held in person, while BQH is more flexible and can take place online. Each has a page explaining it in full.
Do I need to prepare?
For most sessions, nothing in advance. Where preparation helps — QHHT, for instance, asks you to think beforehand about the questions that matter to you — I say so in the conversation before, not on the day.
I can’t explain what I’m looking for. Is that a problem?
Not at all. “Something feels stuck and I don’t know what” is as good a starting point as a formulated question. Finding the words is part of the work, and you don’t need to arrive with them.
What happens to what I tell you?
It stays between us. I don’t share, quote or reuse anything from sessions anywhere. If I ever wanted to use something as an example, I would ask — and you can say no.
Can this replace medical care, psychotherapy or addiction treatment?
No. These are complementary spiritual, educational and wellbeing-oriented experiences. They do not provide medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment, no particular outcome is guaranteed, and appropriate professional care should continue.
