A free quantum healing hour, online — one hour, no prior experience needed.
The Quantum Hour is a monthly gathering built around a single question: what intuitive and energetic work actually looks like in practice, once you stop talking about it and start doing it.
Part of the time goes to explanation and conversation. The other part is experiential — not watching someone else work, but a session you go through yourself.
What “quantum healing” means here
Quantum healing is an umbrella term rather than one defined method, and it is worth saying so plainly. What the hosts mean by it, and what the hour actually practises, sits close to BQH and multidimensional energy work — guided inward attention with the person as an active participant rather than a passive recipient.
You do not have to accept the framing to take part. Other gatherings under the same heading approach it differently.
What happens in the hour
The shape varies between gatherings, but the outline is consistent:
- Opening and background — one topic, explained plainly.
- Conversation — questions, experiences, and what comes up for people already working with others.
- Guided work — the part where the talking stops. You can take part with your camera off.
- Closing — what surfaced, and what is worth taking away.
Who quantum healing suits
Anyone who works with people — practitioners, coaches, companions — who wants to deepen the intuitive side of that work. And anyone simply curious, with no professional background at all.
No experience with meditation, energy work or any method is needed. Nor is speaking — you can attend in complete silence.
Who hosts it
The gathering is hosted by Bonnie M. Russell and Annie Smith through the AllOne Sacred Services Healing Academy in California. I take part in it and in the work itself.
Bonnie M. Russell
Founder of AllOne, teaching since 2011 — by her own account to more than 2,200 students worldwide. A board certified holistic health practitioner since 1998, a certified hypnotherapist and a master herbalist. She is the author of several independently published bestsellers, among them The Empowered Empath and Spirit Flight.
Worth stating clearly: her doctorates — Doctor of Divinity and Doctor of Shamanistic Theology — are theological and spiritual qualifications, not medical degrees. I name that because I would not want anyone to assume otherwise.
Something she says about herself stayed with me: “I know that what I do works, yet I have always had a burning desire to understand how it works.” That is exactly the kind of curiosity I look for in anyone I learn from.
Annie Smith
An intuitive healer specialising in what she calls energy alignment. Her work is aimed at waking up self-awareness and returning to someone the sense that they have influence over their own life — particularly when they feel stuck.
How I ended up there
The connection was not accidental. Bonnie and Annie are part of SGLA — the Sustainable Global Leadership Academy, alongside Judge (ret.) Shlomo Shoham, Gregg Braden and Dr. Bruce Lipton.
That is the same circle in which I trained in Radical Healing, the method Shoham developed. The worlds connected from there.
About the word “quantum”
They describe their approach through ideas drawn from quantum physics, quantum entanglement in particular, and call it a scientific approach.
That is their conceptual framing, and I present it as theirs. I am not claiming that energy healing has been explained or demonstrated by quantum physics, and I do not expect you to accept that framing in order to take part.
What can be said with confidence: the hour itself is an experience you can examine for yourself. You do not have to agree with the explanation to notice what happens in your own body during it.
Why I take part in this quantum healing hour
A few straightforward reasons.
To learn quantum healing from people who work differently to me. Bonnie is a hypnotherapist and master herbalist; Annie works through pure intuition. Neither does quite what I do, which is rather the point.
To watch work happening live. A course teaches a method. A live session teaches something else — how a practitioner responds when something unexpected surfaces.
Company. This work can be isolating. An hour a month with people asking similar questions is worth more than it sounds.
What does not happen
Worth naming, because it is exactly what people want to know before signing up and most pages do not answer it.
- No sales pitch at the end. It is free and does not lead to an offer to buy a course.
- No obligation to speak. You can go through the whole hour without saying a word.
- No promises. Nobody will tell you that you will leave transformed.
- No requirement to believe anything. Curiosity is enough.
- You are not recorded. If anything is recorded, it is the spoken portion only.
What a quantum healing hour actually discusses
The subject changes, but quantum healing here is almost always practical rather than theoretical. Things that have come up:
- What to do when someone starts crying and you cannot tell whether to continue or stop.
- How to tell intuition apart from what you are projecting onto the person in front of you.
- Why practitioners burn out, and what protects them.
- What to do when you feel nothing — and the person opposite expects you to feel something.
That last one comes up more than any other, and I think it is the most important.
What surprises people
Two things, consistently.
The first: how quiet it is. People arrive expecting something intense and find that most of the hour moves very slowly.
The second: that nobody is trying to convince them of anything. In a world where every free session is really a sales funnel, an hour that is genuinely just an hour feels unfamiliar.
And if you feel nothing
It happens, and I would rather say so in advance. There are gatherings you leave with nothing particular.
Sometimes the day was wrong. Sometimes your system is still on alert. And sometimes simply because an hour is an hour — not a turning point, and not meant to be one.
Come once and you get a taste. Come a few times and you start to see a pattern. It is like anything else.

What to bring
A quiet room you can close, headphones if you have them, and half an hour free afterwards. The hour itself is short — what arrives after it is sometimes the more interesting part.
And my own gatherings?
I intend to begin hosting gatherings of my own — in Hebrew, shaped for an Israeli audience, and combining the way I work: breath, sound, energetic practice and intuitive exploration.
