The Human Behind the Work

About Nitzan Solomon

The human, the seeker, the practitioner — and why I am not my certificates.

Intuitive healing — My path into this work didn’t begin with a certificate. It began with living.

The Human

Before any of the training, there were years of ordinary life lived at full volume — questions I couldn’t put down, difficult chapters, mistakes that cost me something, relationships that shaped me, periods of searching, and the slow, unglamorous work of rebuilding.

I know what it is to lose your footing and find it again. That lived experience is not a qualification to treat anyone, and I don’t present it as one. It is simply part of how I understand people — because I have been in the hard places too, and I remember what helped and what didn’t.

The Seeker

The studies came later, and they came because I couldn’t stop asking. Over years I studied across consciousness, energy work, holistic health, psychology, meditation, breath, sound, hypnosis-oriented consciousness work, spirituality, channeling, symbolism and Jungian ideas.

Sometimes the studies gave language to things I had already experienced. Sometimes they challenged what I thought I knew and I had to start over. Sometimes they opened doors I hadn’t known were there.

I didn’t collect certificates to prove I know something. I studied because for years I was trying to understand people, consciousness, the body, energy — and myself.

The Practitioner

Eventually these separate threads stopped feeling separate. They became one integrative way of working — not a menu of techniques to choose from, but a single practice of listening and responding to whoever is in front of me.

Today I don’t see myself as a collection of modalities. I work with people, not protocols.

I am not my certificates. They are tools and perspectives. The person sitting in front of me remains the centre of the work.

How I work now

What Intuitive Healing Means Here

Intuitive healing is a phrase that gets used loosely, so here is what I mean by it. Not receiving instructions from elsewhere, and not knowing things I could not know. It means paying close enough attention that the right next step becomes apparent — and being willing to change direction when it does.

In practice that shows up as four things:

What I Actually Do in a Session

People ask this more than anything else, so here is the plain version.

A session starts with conversation — not a form, not an intake questionnaire. I want to know what brought you and, more importantly, what sits underneath that. Often the thing someone names first is not the thing we end up working with.

From there it depends. Sometimes the work asks for breath and sound, because the body needs to move before the mind is ready to speak. Sometimes a guided inward journey. Sometimes quiet energetic work with very little talking at all. And sometimes the most useful thing available is a straight conversation with no technique in it.

I do not decide in advance. That is the whole point of how I work.

What I Am Not

This matters enough to state directly rather than bury in a disclaimer.

I am not a physician, a psychologist or a psychiatrist. I do not diagnose, I do not prescribe, and I do not treat medical or psychiatric conditions. Where something needs qualified professional care, I say so — and I would rather lose a client than keep someone who should be somewhere else.

I also do not promise outcomes. Anyone who tells you a session will fix something is either inexperienced or selling. What I can offer is attention, a set of tools, and honesty about the limits of both.

Where the Intuitive Healing Work Came From

Three threads run through everything here, and they arrived in this order.

Recovery

The first was personal. Rebuilding a life is slow, unglamorous work, and it taught me more about what actually helps people than any course did. It is also why recovery and rebuilding is the longest, most detailed piece of writing on this site — I know that territory from inside.

Study

The second was formal. Consciousness work, energy work, holistic health, breath, sound, Jungian ideas. Some of it confirmed what I had already lived. Some of it took apart what I thought I knew. The training page states plainly what is complete and what is still in progress, including where I am only partway through.

Practice

The third only came from sitting with people. Intuitive healing is not something a syllabus can hand over. No course teaches you what to do when someone starts crying and you cannot tell whether to continue or stop. That comes from having been there and having got it wrong a few times.

How I Think About Belief

Some of what I do sits inside a spiritual worldview. Channeling is the clearest example, and I present it as my own framing rather than as fact.

You do not have to share it. People work with me from complete scepticism and get real value, because the useful part is rarely the framework — it is the attention, the questions, and the space to hear yourself think.

What I will not do is dress a spiritual idea in scientific language to make it sound more credible. If something is a belief, I call it a belief.

Working Together

Most of my work happens remotely, which sounds like a compromise and mostly is not. People tend to go deeper in their own space, in their own bed, with their own blanket, than they do in an unfamiliar room.

Sessions are in Hebrew or English. Right now lead cleansing is the one service open for booking; the rest are being opened gradually rather than all at once, because I would rather do a few things properly.

If you are trying to work out whether any of this fits, write to me. I would rather have a short honest conversation than have you book something that is not right.

My practice is international and remote-friendly, in English and Hebrew. Some people come for one session to explore something specific. Others return over time. There is no programme you have to sign up for and no path you’re expected to follow.
